 You have until the day of delivery to examine the products with our installers and approve them for installation.Client may request a product exchange, however some products may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Our company will advise you if any shipping and handling charges are applicable prior to exchange. 


 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was delivered to you. 
 
Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

 

Products and service are refundable up until 5 days prior to a scheduled installation or delivery of products to your home. If you choose financing with our company, all orders are conditional upon approved financing.
